the location proves convenient, central to most attractions, everything is within walking distance. the staff are very friendly and helpful with requests. the rooms include a lot of space. a big fridge inside my room exists too.

the hotel was RUN down and not clean upon arrival. the floor seemed dirty, despite daily housekeeping services. i found no proper cups or plates provided. a kettle was available only upon request.

the location was good , close to the central station and bus stand.

the area felt unsafe , especially around the hotel entrance. there were many homeless people, and a strong smell of urine lingered. I also noticed people taking drugs in the street at night, unsettling.

the location was great because it was very close to the train station. i found it easy to move around the city as the metro station was nearby. our room was cleaned every day of my stay (i found this very helpful).

the neighborhood outside felt a bit sketchy. there were a lot of people hanging around, and it felt unsafe to walk around at night. the noise from the street was loud at night and kept me awake (i really struggled to sleep). the walls were thin, so i could hear the people in the next room.
